Essence Care and Support provides both domiciliary and supported living services in the Southeast region of London. We offer compassionate care to vulnerable older people and their families, individuals experiencing or recovering from mental health challenges, young people and adults with autism and learning disabilities, and those diagnosed with or impacted by dementia who require support in their homes or within the community.

We offer personalized support in your home, tailored to your preferences and funding model. We welcome various funding options, including self-funding and direct payments from local authorities such as Adult Social Care Services, Enablement, Hospital Discharge, Community Health funding, and the Community Mental Health Team.

Day to Day company:
Essence Care and Support Limited is dedicated to helping seniors live fulfilling lives in their own homes. We provide companionship and assistance to ensure they can continue to enjoy daily tasks and maintain their independence. Our services include supporting elders in accessing community resources, maintaining relationships with loved ones, shopping, visiting friends and family, walking or looking after pets, attending local services and hospital appointments, and managing administrative work.
Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for seniors by enabling them to continue with the activities they cherish most.
Provision of nursing care at home:
Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, we provide in-home support that respects our clients’ dignity and right to receive care in their own homes. We firmly believe that everyone deserves dignity throughout their life and at its end. We are committed to ensuring continuous, high-quality, and affordable care until the very end.
Respite Care support:
We can provide care services to support you if you’re recovering from a hospital stay, or to give your primary caregivers a well-deserved break. Please reach out to us, and we will be there to assist you.
Mental health Care and support
